The first metal solar roof installation in Bezau, Austria, turned out to be so great that the client Christoph decided to become distributor not only in Austria but in other German-speaking countries as well.

The system was so convincing to us that we decided to get involved as one of the “fast-track distribution partners” of and since the beginning of the year, we have been the local contact for all interested parties in Austria and Liechtenstein. We are also happy to answer requests from neighboring areas in Germany and Switzerland if we are the closest option.

The renovation of the house in Bezau will be completed around Easter 2021 and is therefore the first building with a BIPV roof in a wider area and only the third one ever built in the German-speaking area. It also houses our office and allows us to discuss the details of the system, its components and specific considerations with potential customers on site,” Christoph’s letter to reads.

The house is located in Bezau, a town in the Bregenzerwald region, in the western Austrian state of Vorarlberg. The total roof area is 194 m2. The power of the 90 m2 electricity-producing part is 13,46 kW.
