We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Assistant to join our team in Tallinn. The ideal candidate has experience in sales and/or customer support in a fast-growing international company and is fluent in German and English.
What you will do
- Respond to the customers’ requests via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner and assist customers whenever appropriate
- Reply to the customers via our social media channels
- Register new clients in the CRM
- Collect detailed data about customer projects
- Follow up regularly on quotes sent out
- Prepare contracts
- Collaborate with local and international sales teams
- Participate in the development of the sales process
- Attend trade shows to represent the company, when necessary
- Support sales, marketing and office activities
