As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a strategic and visionary Global Brand & Marketing Lead to:
- Elevate Roofit.Solar into the default design choice in Building Integrated Photovoltaics
- Establish uncompromising global brand consistency and visual authority
- Architect and scale a high-performance demand generation engine (Inbound + AI-driven Outbound)
- Turn brand equity into measurable commercial impact across priority markets (NA, DACH, Northern Europe)

Your Role in the Organization
Based in Tallinn, Estonia, you will work closely with leadership and sales teams as well as our international sales network to:
- Drive the global brand strategy and ensure disciplined execution across markets
- Strengthen alignment between marketing, commercial priorities and regional partners
- Deliver high-quality, qualified opportunities to our sales ecosystem
- Enable architects, roofers and distributors to position Roofit.Solar as a premium, future-defining solution
You will operate as the strategic orchestrator of our brand and growth agenda — driving execution through cross-functional collaboration and coordinated agency partnerships across our target markets.
What You Will Own
1. Global Brand Leadership & Industry Benchmarking
- Define and enforce Roofit.Solar’s global brand identity across all markets
- Set the aesthetic direction for premium visual production and storytelling
- Lead regional agencies to execute a consistent yet locally relevant brand presence
- Elevate landmark projects and partnerships to strengthen category authority
You ensure that Roofit.Solar becomes the industry benchmark in premium BiPV market.
2. Demand Generation & Growth Architecture
- Build and scale a dual-engine demand system (Inbound + AI-supported Outbound)
- Drive architects, commercial building, developer and homeowner acquisition through SEO, paid media and content creation.
- Design structured outreach models tied to building permits and project intelligence
- Translate visibility into measurable pipeline and partner value
You turn brand equity into commercial momentum.
3. Campaign Orchestration & Commercial Performance
- Develop high-impact global campaigns around product launches and market entries
- Translate complex engineering into compelling premium narratives
- Align marketing with commercial priorities across NA, DACH and Northern Europe
- Track ROI, identify scalable growth projects and continuously optimize campaigns.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
We are looking for a strategic doer — someone equally comfortable shaping vision and driving execution.
You likely have:
- 5+ years of experience in international brand, growth or performance marketing
- Experience leading agencies across multiple markets
- Strong aesthetic judgment and high visual standards
- Hands-on understanding of demand generation (SEO, paid media, marketing automation)
- Practical experience using AI to enhance targeting, automation and marketing performance
- Ability to translate technical products into compelling narratives
- Strong analytical capability and ROI-driven mindset
- Confidence to operate cross-functionally without formal authority
- Experience in renewable energy, architecture, construction or premium design products is a strong plus.
